基本情况
刘立成，博士毕业于澳门大学，师从欧洲科学院院士、俄罗斯工程院院士陈俊龙（C.L.Philip Chen）教授。现为湖南大学人工智能与机器人学院副教授、岳麓学者、博士生导师、IEEE Senior Member、湖南省优秀青年基金获得者，担任湖南省数字医学学会常务理事，湖南省人工智能学会青年工作委员会委员，国家新一代自主安全计算系统产业集群专家委员会专家。申请人在IEEE TIP、TNNLS、TCYB、TCSVT、TCI、TSMC: System、TGRS、TAI等国际顶级期刊和会议发表论文50余篇，包括IEEE/ACM汇刊论文26篇，其中以第一/通讯作者发表IEEE/ACM Transactions长文21篇，入选ESI高被引论文3篇，Google学术引用1350次，H指数17。担任《Machine Learning Research》、《中国计算机科学评论》等期刊编委、《Electronics》的客座编辑（Guest Editor）。主持并完成了国家自然科学基金项目2项（面上1项、青年1项）、湖南省自然科学项目2项（优秀青年基金1项、青年基金1项）、中央高校基本科研业务费1项，参加科技部重点研发计划专项1项，长沙市“揭榜挂帅”重大项目1项。2016年获澳门特别行政区研究生科技研发奖（颁奖单位：澳门科学技术发展基金会），2018年获评为湖南大学“岳麓学者”，2022年获湖南省高等教育教学成果特等奖，2023年获国家级教学成果二等奖，2024年获评为湖南省优秀硕士学位论文指导老师，2024年获中国自动化学会自然科学三等奖（排名第一）。
