刘立成博士毕业于澳门大学,师从欧洲科学院院士俄罗斯工程院院士陈俊龙C.L.Philip Chen教授现为湖南大学人工智能与机器人学院副教授、岳麓学者、博士生导师IEEE Senior Member湖南省优秀青年基金获得者,担任湖南省数字医学学会常务理事,湖南省人工智能学会青年工作委员会委员,国家新一代自主安全计算系统产业集群专家委员会专家。申请人IEEE TIPTNNLSTCYBTCSVTTCITSMC: SystemTGRSTAI国际顶级期刊和会议发表论文50包括IEEE/ACM汇刊论文26其中第一/通讯作者发表IEEE/ACM Transactions长文21入选ESI高被引论文3篇,Google学术引用1350H指数17担任《Machine Learning Research》、《中国计算机科学评论》等期刊编委、《Electronics》的客座编辑(Guest Editor主持并完成了国家自然科学基金项目2项(面上1青年1湖南省自然科学项目2项(优秀青年基金1青年基金1、中央高校基本科研业务费1项,参加科技部重点研发计划专项1项,长沙市揭榜挂帅重大项目1项。2016年获澳门特别行政区研究生科技研发奖(颁奖单位:澳门科学技术发展基金会),2018年获评为湖南大学岳麓学者2022年获湖南省高等教育教学成果特等奖2023年获国家级教学成果二等奖2024年获评为湖南省优秀硕士学位论文指导老师,2024获中国自动化学会自然科学三等奖(排名第一)。
